Processing Time

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, shipped from Portugal via CTT Portugal Post. 

Please allow 1–3 business days for your orders with tattoos and stickers to be prepared and packed.

Prints created from original oil paintings are produced on demand — printed, signed, and carefully prepared for each order. Please allow up to 5 business days for these made-to-order prints before shipment.

Original paintings are shipped directly from the studio in Portugal. Please allow up to 2 weeks for careful packaging and preparation before shipment.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier, and we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. Please see estimated timeframes below — note that actual delivery times may vary:

🇪🇺 EU standard non-tracked: 3–10 business days

🇪🇺 EU tracked: 3–7 business days

🌎 International non-tracked: 5–14 business days

🌎 International tracked: 5–10 business days

Shipping Cost

💌 Tattoos and stickers:
Free non-tracked shipping on orders over €14.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed non-tracked shipments, although we’ll always try to assist in resolving issues with the postal service.

🎨 Art prints:
Prints are shipped via tracked international delivery to ensure safe arrival. Each print is packaged in a protective envelope or tube and includes a tracking number. Shipping cost for prints varies by destination and is calculated at checkout.

 🎨 Original paintings:

Free worldwide shipping is included for original artworks.

Customs

All international orders sent to countries outside the EU may be subject to import charges. Any customs, imports, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed Parcels

We may contact you to clarify the details of the order. Please note that if you cannot be contacted within 7 days, the order will be canceled. If you do not pick up the order at the post office within the time frame provided by your local post office, the order will be returned to us, and re-delivery will be charged additionally.
